Not the zombie apocalypse

Well no not really; I'm just talking about how I got back into playing the Fallout series. You know most people talk about a zombie apocalypse and most people talk about Resident Evil or Left 4 Dead. I think Society would end up like in Fallout.

On a completely different note; I just cant think of any other game that allows me to have the amount of freedom you get in Fallout. You can kill just about anyone, you can steal from just about everyone, you can become a squatter, you can own a home, you can become addicted to drugs and suffer withdrawal symptoms, get radiation poisoning, eat just about anything you kill, make weapons from junk make your own drugs and medicine, ect... All this will completely affect you later in the game too.

You can do so much I suppose that it would be shorter to type out what you can't do. As far as I know you can't get married, you can't grow your own food (which would have been really be useful because it's a survival type game), you can't own stock or make your character dress in drag, you can't get arrested and you can't get sick. However you can die of starvation and sleep deprivation in Fallout New Vegas.

The game features futuristic technology, while making it look like a model 1950's city after being hit by an atomic bomb. To really entice the player though the game has artists such as Frank Sinatra, Roy Brown from the mid 1950's perfectly suiting the game.

Next time you want to live out your post apocalyptic fantasy play any of the Fallout games.

A free ride to another dimension

Wow the weekend was awesome!

Went to some ransom party. Unfortunately now that I have been sober due to that DWI, it's gotten a bit harder to loosen up and talk to people, but that's OK.

BECAUSE I GOT FREE SALVIA!

I got an ounce of the liquid and about 6 fat grams of 40X salvia.

Salvia in an atypical psychedelic/dissociative, unlike many other substances; it does not seem to have a relationships with any of the known neuro-transmitters in the human brain. Like most psychedelics it is not considered to be addictive nor has it been shown to do any long term damage to humans.

Computer party network

Over the past couple of days, I have turned my computer into a small multimedia center. I think this is where I am going to ride off my probation so I don't get into trouble again. So next time I have people over I just need to crank up some awesome tunes and the awesome visuals I got for my computer on the big screen.

But you can't just play music loudly, it's got to be finely tuned with awesome quality. This has settings and codecs that will boost the sound of your system even if you have cheap speakers.

Good for tripping out to the psychedelics don't you think? *wink wink*

Honestly, if you really like music it won't hurt to try these things out.

Well time to getting back to connecting my computer to whatever I can find in the house.

Public Service announcement

Its been so busy lately that it's starting to cut into my party time.

Since I've had no time to party I may as well talk about drinking and driving.

Don't.

I know the penalties are lower in other states, but being caught drinking and driving is awful. You'll have to go to jail for a few days, and to to court appointed meetings all the time.

Luckily, this county lets me keep it off my record assuming that I pass this year long ordeal of probation, and alcohol classes.

I was gonna post a picture of my breathalyzer, but the server isn't letting me...

Here's a little rundown if you want to keep a DWI off your record in select counties in TX:

Get a lawyer

Get monitoring equipment to make sure you are not consuming any controlled substances or alcohol; There's 3 options here as well. You can get a SCRAM; which is an ankle monitor that monitors your location and your sweat for the presence of any controlled substances and alcohol 24/7 or, either a breathalyzer with a camera on either your car or your person. This has to be serviced twice a month and you pay once a month for recalibration.

Attain a state offenders card

Attend Divert (this is the name of the program that will keep a DWI off your record) Orientation

Attend Divert Class

Attend "Alive at 25" (if your offense happened before the age of 25, which was my case)

Take a literacy exam

Take an alcoholism evaluation and attend AA if shown to have high potential of substance abuse (not my case)

Urinalysis testing

Paying your probation officer.

To top it all off those are ONLY the monetary restrictions. As far as my calculations go this DWI is going to cost $6000 to keep off my record.

Also NEVER assume that just because you don't feel a buzz that you are not legally intoxicated, in my case I had 2 beers. I was driving fine, but I was caught in a speed trap. I passed my motor skills test, but I failed the breathalyzer.

NOOOOOOOO!

Haven't slept well in I don't know how long. Really wanted to sleep in today because I work late in the afternoon, but I had to get up early to hide my friend's cats since her lease doesn't allow animals in the apartments. Thing is I got up  and then I wasted two hours online doing nothing.

This gauze on my hand is really annoying because I can't type with it on, unfortunately taking it off has become a problem because the gauze is now stuck to my skin.

Well, you know it's Wednesday. The weekend is just around the corner, so I'm looking forward to the next party; also the next (legal) intoxicant due to the fact I cannot drink.

Speaking of which, I don't know why people hate on Texas so much. It has just about everything. I really like living here, even though I disagree with much of the local government here. That wasn't the point though. What I was really gonna do was enlighten/inform about Texas. This, is probably going to be the ONLY thing that both annoys me and you should be weary of in Texas.

The laws here are soooooo strict. There's a saying here: "Don't mess with Texas".

Now here's my advice: If you are gonna mess with Texas, be sure not to get caught and have someone bail you out of either jail or any other trouble you  may have.

You will lose a lot of the privileges you take for granted.

Anyway, it's best I tend to those cats. I'll leave a picture of my old party days as something to look forward to.

Btw; that's my friend, Victor. You can't tell by just looking, but he is blacked out and unconscious. There is more pictures, but I can't post them because his pants are not on, and the rest of the clothing he has on is just drawn on and you can see his anatomy.

I spent an additional 45 minutes, trying to find another suitable picture. I don't remember taking this picture. Giovanni (left) John (right). This was taken in Austin during SXSW around 10 in the morning, and we were already blacked out. I don't know how Giovanni's pants fell, but according to the exif data in the pictures he was lying down with his pants off for about 7 or 8 minutes. This was also the limo entrance to a really nice hotel. Nobody knows how John's finger ended up like that, but when I regained consciousness he was bleeding for another hour.

Anyway... cats...

xD

So much has happened in the last few days. As a mater of fact: except for one thing...

Good: Semester at school is done

Got 70 euros at work for a buying a foreign customer a 50 dollar phone

It's time to get my driver's license back

Been getting intoxicated between classes.

Thinking of starting a small business in an area where I know I'll have no competition.

Going Dallas for an anime convention, my room is free.

Bad: Got a second degree burn on my hand fr messing around with a jet lighter.

Anyway, I'm really excited about going to Dallas. Even though I go to anime conventions, I'm not a big anime fan at all, cosplayers annoy me, and I don't like being touched by the sweatiest cosplayer after he/she has finished playing Dance Dance Revolution. I'm really just there to trash my room, get intoxicated and party along with people that aren't totally obsessed with anime.

Years ago before I was 21, I got drunk with this guy. I don't remember his name at this very moment, but I specifically remember him saying NOT to post this on the internet. Well, oops? Anyway, I hope I can raise enough money in a month to make it to Dallas.

Dear lawd

It's been super busy today. Drove my friend to the airport and she left me the key to her place... Hell yeah, I'm getting lucky, but not in the "bom-chika -wow wow" kind of way, I gotta clean up her cat crap and feed them for about 2 weeks.

Yeah I got my breathalyzer re-calibrated (I'm not supposed to drink, court order) which sucks, but now I go in in two months instead of two weeks to get it calibrated. Only 11 months to go!!

Now that all that's out of the way I guess I could uhhh, damn I don't know what t do. OOOOOH... Nah nevermind, I thought I had a good idea, but I guess not. Oh well, I'll randomly do something and then I'll be bound to end up with something to do right?

2011/05/05

Blugh

Well there's no real reason for me to be in school since I already took my final, now I'm just making up absences. You'd think "HAHA! THEY GOT YOU! YOU HAVE TO SHOW UP, LOL!!!"

But no, it is I who have won; I have won because I am intoxicated. Got a good buzz going on.

I feel like party cat except nobody here parties this early except me (I've been like this since 8 am).

Yuh!

WOAH FINALS WEEK!

It's been a long semester, I've had to take this kickboxing class as part of my PE credit. All semester I have been unable to understand anything coming out of this man's mouth, he's got a strange accent and he talks very fast and very quietly- almost as if he is mumbling.

Sometimes I'd like to punch him in the back of the head and walk out of the class, but alas I cannot; I'd get arrested  and I'd fail the class. It doesn't look like I am going to have to punch him considering that we took  our final today. I didn't expect a written test for a PE class, but what the hell.

So anyway I drew a picture of a dinosaur on the back of my test, I hope I get extra credit for this, I'll just have to wait and see.
